Friday

I got up just before 6, made a pot of tea and H came down. He cut me off a slice of bread so I could have toast for a change. When we had finished I washed and dressed and we went to Asda for our shopping. When we got home I unpacked, put everything away and we had a coffee and a jam and cream do nut. After our coffee we got ready to go out on our bikes. We had a great ride and both enjoyed it. H was feeling a bit dizzy this morning by it make any difference to our ride. When we got home I put the bikes away and got lunch, cheese rolls with a bag of cheese and onion crisps. This afternoon I did a bit of gardening and put the bins away. I had a bath and washed my hair and for dinner we had pizza with a side salad.
