we decided to go out on our bikes today so H got the bikes out. We had our breakfast and watered the tomatoes. We had a nice ride but I felt faint at one point and we had to stop and I had to get off my bike. I was too hot so I took a layer off and had a drink of water and we carried on. We did 24 miles AV10.1.when we got home we had our lunch and then both fell asleep. For dinner tonight we had waguu burgers . They were very nice we had them with veg. Asparagus, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and potatoes.
