I didn’t feel right when I got up this morning, so after I had had my breakfast I decided to turbo and see if I felt any better. I didn’t. I did 16 miles in an hour. It was nearly as good as last time. It was to cold to go out on our bikes, and we didn’t see any sun at all today. This afternoon our eldest son came round for a couple of hours. It’s always nice to see him. When he left I had a bath and washed my hair. It’s getting quite long again. When I had finished I cooked dinner, we had salmon with a jacket potato and mixed vegetables. It was nice.
