Today we went for a bike ride. It was a nice ride but even hotter than when we did it on Monday. On Monday it was 26 degrees and today it was 28 degrees. When we got home we had our lunch,a salad sandwich and a glass of beer. For dinner tonight we are having beef and rice in a black bean sauce. I had a fairly good sleep last night and I also fell asleep this afternoon after our ride. Tomorrow I am going to work in the garden.
