I got up and put on a load of washing, I had my eggs and a cup of tea. My back was bad again today! At 10.30 H and I went to meet my friend Andy and his wife. We met outside a cafe and went in for a coffee and a catch up. We were there for over an hour. When we left H and I went to Lidl. When we got home we had our lunch and I sat about all afternoon resting my back. Tomorrow H and I are being taken out to lunch by our daughter and our no 2 son. So we are looking forward to that. Tonight we had duck with potatoes, carrots,broccoli and courgette. Strawberries and cream for dessert.
