we were going out on our bikes today but when they took my bike out of the garage it had a puncture. They tried pumping it up put the stuff inside the tyre wasn’t sealing the hole up. The trouble is it’s tubeless. They haven’t fixed it yet. So this afternoon son got my other bike out pumped it up and made me try it out. The trouble with it is the cross bar is too high and I struggle to get on and off. Also it’s hard to change gear. But if I can ride in a straight line I will be ok. For dinner tonight we had chicken legs, broccoli, carrots and potatoes. The chicken was lovely, I cooked it in the air fryer and the skin was really crispy and delicious. For dessert we had strawberries and cream.
