We went shopping and I managed to keep the bill under £80 even though I bought a bottle of sun block and a bottle of after sun. We also went out on our bikes and rode 29 1/4 miles in well under 2 hours. I didn't get out of breath once. I have been coughing less today so hopefully my cough is finally going. We spent all the afternoon working in the garden which is looking nice and tidy. No 2 son just sent a message to say he is on his way and will be here soon. Our daughter flew out this afternoon but it's a long flight so they are still airborne. It was a lovely afternoon and the sun actually came out here.
