I got up at 6.37 and had my breakfast. We had a coffee next and then I thought I had better go upstairs to ride the static bike, because I have been gardening all week. So I went up and got ready and H set it up for me. I did 1hour and rode 16 . 8 miles. We had soup for lunch. Today H started to decorate the entrance hall. I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away. I made a pot of tea and cooked dinner we had chicken curry. It was nice.
