Wednesday.

I got up at 6.15 and had my usual breakfast. I washed and dressed ready to go to the City to meet my sister in law. My back is much better today but still not right. I emptied the dish washer and went to catch the bus. I stood at the bus stop for a minute and the bus came. I met my sister in law at 10.30 and we went to a coffee shop and as there were spair tables we sat there chatting for ages. When we left there we wanded round the shops till lunch time. we had our lunch and than went to our bus stops. I walked over 2 and a half miles. For dinner tonight we had home cooked fish, chips and mushrooms.
