I GOT UP at 7 o'clock and had my breakfast. Then I washed and dressed because today was our M O T. Our car is 14 years old we didnt have to have anything anything done, or the year before. And it passed again. While it was being done we went to Gregs and had a coffee and a donut. MY back is not as bad today as it was yeaterday but its still painful. we had leftover stew for dinner tonight.
