When i got up I dressed stright away because its bin day and I like to get them in. (they didnt come). We went to tesco for our groceries and aftet I had unpacked I went out to work in the garden. I was out there for an hour. when I came in we had lunch. After lunch I went up for a turbo ride. I did an hour and I rode 19. 6 miles. I had a shower when I had finished. I was going to keep riding on the same course until I managed to get to 20 miles per hour, but I am tired of doing it so next time I will try another one. For dinner tonight we had a curry ( chicken korma ) . We had lemon mousse for dessert.
