I didn’t realise yesterday when I wrote my blog that it’s the first time I had written one since before Christmas. We had a lovely Christmas, we went to our daughters on Christmas Eve for lunch and on New Years Day we went to dinner. After dinner we played games ending with scrabble,I came last ! Last year I won. We had a couple of bikes rides,but the weather went downhill and put a stop to that. We also went for several walks in the countryside seeing buzzards, deer ,squirrels and a green woodpecker.
Today I got up at 6 o’clock after a poor nights sleep (5 hrs) . After breakfast we went to Lidl. After lunch I went upstairs to ride on the static bike I did 1 lap of a course so 12 miles in 39 minutes. I dad 6 press ups had a bath and cooked dinner. We had haddock mornay and potatoes and broad beans followed by tiramisu.
