Sunday.

 Today we were going to go out on our bikes. So I had my breakfast, and a small coffee. When son got up I went up and dressed. H got the bikes out ready for us all to go. We started off by going over the field and down the track, which has dried out nicely. We then went on the road to the track that leads us to “ farm to fork” every thing was going well and then son had a mechanical problem. To cut a long story short he told H and I to carry on and he was going to walk back home. So we left him and took a shortcut home, but as we were cycling down a road near home he came riding past us. H told me to catch him and tell him to stop so he could tell us what happened, but he said he daren’t stop because it might go wrong again. 

When we got home we had lunch. H and I had a cup of bovril and some cheese, son had his usual salad. For dinner tonight we had chicken with carrots,  broccoli, green beans and mushrooms. Dessert was raspberries and blueberries with cream. Now I am watching Dancing on Ice.
