I got up at 7 o’clock and made a pot of tea. I did not get a very good nights sleep. I had my breakfast 🍳 and took my pills and started a new book. I was going for a walk but I was so cold I was shaking. We had the heating on and H was warm enough, I thought I must be sickening for something. We had a turkey sandwich for our lunch and for dinner tonight we had liver and onions with mashed potatoes and cauliflower. I did the liver and onions in the oven so we could have some gravy.
