I got up at 6.54 and had my eggs for breakfast. H came down at 7.30. I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away. I dressed and went outside to put the rubbish out. Then I got ready to go to the City on the bus. When I came home again I got off the bus a stop before mine so I could have a walk. So with walking to the bus stop, the walk in the City and the walk home I did a total of 1.56 miles. I bought a jar of cockles on the market for our lunch, they were nice. This afternoon we watched some more of the detectorists. For dinner tonight we had beef and rice with black bean sauce. I had a bath and washed my hair and now I am going to watch my soaps.
