I had another night without enough sleep. It’s too warm at night. In October I was sleeping well because it had gotten cooler a. Still it’s supposed to get cooler as the week goes on. I had my breakfast and emptied the dishwasher. I went out and pout the rubbish in the bin and got wet because it was pouring with rain. I should have waited because half an hour later the sun was out. I got ready and rode son the turbo for 40 minutes. When I finished H made us a coffee. We had cheese and biscuits with pickle for lunch and for dinner we had chicken soup and then pizza.
