Sunday

 I got up at six o’clock and had my breakfast, when I heard H moving around upstairs I made a pot of tea.  I washed up some sauce pans because they would not fit in the dish washer. I did some cleaning up in the kitchen and then I read some of my book until it was time for me to go on the turbo. I rode for an hour and eighteen minutes and did nearly 22 miles. I had a quick shower when I had finished and got dressed because our daughter was coming round to bring my birthday present. My birthday is on Wednesday so I haven’t opened them but there was a lovely bunch of flowers in the bag , I had to take them out and put them in water. With her was her husband, youngest daughter and her boyfriend. It was lovely to see them all. For dinner we had sausages, chips, peas and garlic bread. We had beef stew yesterday and the day before because I made it big enough for 2days. We had dumplings with it on Friday and yesterday we had garlic croutons ..
