Today it was raining when I got up,we were going for a bike ride but by ten it had stopped so we decided to go. It was drizzling when we set off but by the time we had gone 3 miles the sun was out and it turned into a nice ride. Yesterday I went for a short walk with our number two son who is here for the weekend. This afternoon he roasted some chestnuts for us. For dinner tonight we had chicken with broccoli, green beans, carrot and potatoes, stewed apple and cream for dessert.
