when I got up this morning I looked at my phone and it said it was 0 degrees centigrade and snowing so I rushed over to the window, pulling back the curtains only to find my phone was not telling me the truth! But it was very frosty. It’s been cold all day. I did a load of washing but I didn’t hang it out. I cooked some beetroot and then got ready to have a turbo. I did an hour and I did 15.1 miles. My back is bad today, it was better but I must have twisted it in the night, or laid funny. For lunch we had a small tin of sardines each and then a slice of fruit loaf toasted. I made a loaf of bread and for dinner tonight we had rice with beef and a black bean sauce.
