When I got up I put on a load of washing, I was going to hang it out but it kept on raining. When we had a break in the clouds I went outside and worked in the garden. I was out there till lunch time. For lunch we had spaghetti on toast and a cup of coffee. After lunch we watched a film and when it was over I did some step ups till bath time. After my bath I cooked dinner, we had ostrich steaks with cauliflower, broccoli, carrots , potatoes and peas. The ostrich steak was so tender, it was lovely. Tomorrow I am going to turbo.
