I got up at 6.30 and had my breakfast. We were going to meet my friend Andy and his wife for coffee at 10.15 So H said we wouldn’t have a coffee. I painted my nails and did my hair. We got dressed and ready to go. We got there first and sat in the car till they turned up because it was so cold and it started to rain. We went into the cafe, and all had a coffee . We had a good catch up . When we left them we went to Lidl . On the way home we took our prescriptions in to the doctor, and when we got home we had our lunch, spaghetti on toast. Dinner tonight was beef in a black bean sauce on a bed of rice.
