Yesterday we woke up to a covering of snow ❄️ and a temperature of-2. Today the temperature was -1 and raining the rain is freezing as it lands and the conservatory roof is a frozen sheet of ice. Yesterday afternoon our electric fire went wrong we fiddled about with it and don’t know what we did but we got it working again. Thank goodness, what a time to go wrong. Today H is taking me out to lunch. It’s my birthday treat. So tonight I won’t have to cook a meal we will just have sandwiches.
