this morning I put a duvet cover on my duvet it was a real struggle H offered to do it for me but I said no because I wanted to do it myself. He did do some of the buttons up for me when it was done. Next I hung the washing out. Making the bed whore me out. After that I brought my Christmas cards down and managed to write 9of them. For dinner tonight I did chicken drumsticks ,chips and baked beans I did the chicken and chips in the air frier and did it all myself.H was very impressed. I also got the washing in again. I also did all my exercises leg hand and mouth.
