This morning I went to the doctor for my covid jab. I had it in my leg as usual. When we went it was really foggy.. when I came out the fog had lifted and it was a lovely sunny day. H said we should go out on our bikes. So when we got home he got the bikes 🚲 out while I went up and changed. We did a ride that we did one day last week and tried to do it faster. Well that worked ,we went 2miles an hour faster. I felt dreadful when I got home but I managed to get off my bike well the best I have done it of late. I haven’t felt my injection at all .
