I got up at 12to7 I had forgotten it was shopping day. We had our breakfast and got ready to go to Asda,. When we got home I unpacked and put everything away while H got the bikes out. I was feeling very nervous because it was going to be my first ride on my new bike. Well it all went well and I enjoyed it. We did 18 and a bit miles , my longest ride yet, since my stroke.The bikes got really muddy but H hosed them down before putting them away. When we got home we had a Cornish pastie for our lunch that I bought from the butcher.
