Last night I had a better sleep. I got up at 7 o’clock and had my breakfast, egg on toast. At 11 o’clock I went upstairs for a turbo. I did an hour and rode 18.7 miles which was even faster than last week. I made myself a small coffee before I rode. For lunch we had the same as yesterday which was a packed of crisps, a fruit scone with jam and butter and a banana milkshake. Yesterday for dinner we had meat balls and pasta with a tomato sauce and today we had cottage pie with sprouts,carrots, mushrooms and tomatoes.
