As soon as I got up I put on a load of washing. I had my breakfast and emptied the dishwasher. I vacuumed upstairs and cleaned the toilet, washing the floor etc. When I had done my chores I got ready and went for a walk. I walked 1.44 miles. When I got back H was on the turbo. After he had done i got lunch, we had cheese and biscuits with a banana milkshake, i also had a half an avocado. Daughter came round on her way home from work to pick up a parcel, she wouldn’t stop because she had to walk her dog. For dinner tonight we had salmon with a jacket potato and baked beans. Dessert was delicious, ice cream with fruit out of the rum toft.
