I got up early this morning because I wanted to go shopping early and be home by 8.30 because we had got a window cleaner coming round at that time, he was also going to vacuum our gutters and wash everything down. I got home just in time. I put all my shopping away and we had a coffee and a cake. Next I dusted, I vacuumed everywhere yesterday. When the window cleaner finished I moved our car back to its normal place and we had lunch. After lunch I read a chapter of my book and then went up to turbo. I managed to do an hour. I wasn’t going very fast. When I finished I had a bath and then we had dinner.
