Thursday

 I have been having some good sleeps lately but last night was awful. So I hope to sleep better tonight. Our daughter came round this morning with our great grand son. She and I took him to the park to play on the swings and slides etc. He didn’t stop talking. He walked all the way there and back. He is a lovely little boy.. Yesterday I gardened. We had salmon and jacket potatoes with baked beans for dinner. I don’t know why this print had changed I must have pressed something but I didn’t know what.

Monday

 I have had a lovely weekend. Saturday the 3of us went out on our bikes, we went along the track and got covered in mud. We did 22.18 miles. Sunday was mother’s day so I saw all my family which was great. Today we had a day out. First we went to Holt and had a coffee, then went to have a look round Baker and Larners , my favourite shop. From there we went to Sheringham Park for a walk and then to Sheringham for fish and chips for lunch. We had a large cod and chips, my cod was so big it hung off the plate. After that we walked down to the sea it was cold 🥶 on the beach, from there we went back to the car and home.  Our son had to leave after tea because he has to work tomorrow.

Friday

I popped to Tesco this morning to get a few things ,when  I got home we had a coffee and a cake and I hung my washing out. This afternoon I did some gardening till H called me in to watch a film. He he did a turbo ride this morning. Our youngest son is coming home tonight for the weekend. I expect we will go out on our bikes tomorrow. For dinner tonight we had liver carrots potatoes cauliflower and peas. 

Thursday

 Both my eggs broke as I put them in the pan this morning. So I thought it was going to be a bad day. But it turned out out well. As soon as I had done all my chores I went upstairs and changed into my cycle gear to ride on the turbo trainer. I did 17.5 in the hour. When I had finished it was lunch time. We had soup and then a slice of fruit loaf toasted with butter. This afternoon we watched the cycle race.dinner was pork chops with cauliflower carrots and potatoes. I have still got a terrible cough. 

Wednesday

 Today Hubbys brother and wife were coming round to see us. They live in Cyprus but have come over to visit all their  family. So I vacuumed up and dusted etc. while H turboed. I changed out of my work clothes and plaited my hair. H had a shower when he had finished his ride. When they got here H made the a pot of tea. It was nice catching up with them it’s a year since we last saw them. For dinner tonight we had a chicken stir fry. Dessert was the same as last night. Tomorrow I am going to turbo. 

Tuesday 5 th of March.

 When we got up this morning it was wet outside but not raining. Well that didn’t last long, by the time we had finished our breakfast it was raining. Everything time we go to Lidl it’s raining . When we came out of there we went to the garden centre , where I got a new liners for my hanging basket and my hay basket. We looked for strawberry plants but they haven’t any yet. When we got home I unpacked and put everything away, we had a coffee and then I went upstairs to have a ride on the bike. I did an hour and rode 17.2 miles. It was hard because I haven’t done any exercise for a fortnight because I had a cold.  For lunch we had sardines and for dinner we have got beef and rice with black bean sauce , dessert is tinned peaches with condensed milk. It’s something I used to have for pudding when I was about 5 years old.

Tuesday

 I got up at 7 o’clock after a better nights sleep, but still not good enough. We went to Lidl and when we got home I unpacked and put everything away ,we then had a coffee and an apple turnover and I went up to turbo. I did a flat course because I have got a sore knee. I did 17.6 miles in an hour, I was pleased with this because I started slowly because of my knee. We had a lovely day on Sunday it was our youngest granddaughters  twenty first birthday and we went to her party. We had a lovely time. Yesterday we went to the City, it was pouring with rain but by the time we came out of bank it had stopped so we walked up to John Lewis and had a look round, then we went to a cafe for a coffee. Tonight for dinner we had beef and rice with a black bean sauce.
