Tuesday

 Today was my day in the City with my sister in law. So after my usual breakfast I dressed and caught a bus at 9.30 to the City. First I went to the Bank to put a check in for the house keeping money. Then I walked up to M&S to meet my Sister in law, we went upstairs in Marks for a coffee and a chat. When I got up from the table I had a dizzyness pass over me. I didn’t say anything because I just thought I had stood up too quickly. We walked down past the market and I went into Hotter and bought a pair of boots. Then we went into Jarrolds. My friend got what she wanted and we came out because it was time for our lunch. As we came out of Jarrolds I felt really dizzy so I sat on a seat in the fresh air while my S i l had a look round White Stuff and then we went into Harriet’s for lunch. When I sat down I felt awful I ordered an orange juice and we ordered our lunch. I couldn’t eat anything and when we came out a couldn’t walk. My S I L had rung her husband ( my brother ) and arranged for him to come to the top of London and pick us up. The manager of the restaurant walked with us because he could see how bad I was. I was walking like someone drunk and if my S I L hadn’t got me by the arm I would have fallen down. They brought me home and when I got indoors I was sick. I went straight to bed. After 2 hours I felt better so i went down and had 3 cheesey biscuits and some water. Now I feel fine. I walked 2 and a quarter miles.
