Monday

 I have had another nice day. We went to Sheringham for fish and chips then to West Runton for a walk along the beach and a paddle. The weather was better than we thought it was going to be and the car park at Sheringham station was packed. We had a good walk along the beach and a paddle. H and I didn’t want much for tea we just had a bowl of strawberries and cream. Son had a salad. 

SUNDAY

 Yesterday was a wonderful day for me. I did a bike ride which was lovely and didn’t fall off ,and my back, which has been hurting for weeks is better. It’s all thanks to my youngest son,who always makes me go out for a bike ride, and then he worked  evening with his massage thing. I feel like a new woman this morning. Plus my cough is much better . 

On our bike ride we saw deer and buzzards dragon flies and lots of butterflies. For dinner we had steak with mushrooms, broccoli and carrots, dessert was strawberries and cream.
