I got up at 6.10 and made a pot of tea. Then I cooked my breakfast, eggs courgette and tomato. Before I ate it I weighed myself and I had not put any weight on in the last 2 weeks. Yesterday I did some gardening and filled my garden rubbish bin because tomorrow is the day they come to empty it. Then I went upstairs for a turbo ride. I just did half an hour. Then when I was dressed again I cooked dinner, ribs with potatoes, cabbage and carrots. We had an orange for dessert. Tonight we are having a chicken curry.
