I had 7 hours sleep last night, that’s really good for me. Yesterday I went shopping first thing and then I vacuumed and dusted, made sandwiches for lunch and in the afternoon I changed my bed which I find really hard. I cooked dinner which was quiche with mushrooms, broccoli and broad beans.
Today I had a ride on the turbo trainer while I was listening to the Archers omnibus. I did 20.9 miles in an hour and a quarter. When I finished I made sandwiches for lunch. For dinner tonight we are having Wagau burgers, chips, corn on the cob, mushrooms and garlic bread. Blueberry’s for dessert. It not a usual thing for a Sunday dinner but I am sure we will enjoy it.
