Sunday

 Today I decided to have a ride on the turbo trainer but I only had 3 hours sleep last night so I have been tired all day . So I only did half an hour instead of an hour. I hung out my washing and it was dry when I got it in. H is getting over his pacemaker operation very quickly and is already back on the turbo trainer. For dinner tonight we had stew and dumplings I made enough for four so we will be having it again tomorrow. Yesterday we had pizza and chips and I did baked apple and custard for dessert. 

Thursday

 Yesterday H had his pacemaker fitted he was home by 10 past 8 . We had to be at the at the hospital at 7.15 in the morning. The operation took longer than expected, it was an hour and a half but it should have been 20 minutes. But it’s in and working so we are happy with that. I was so tired yesterday that I got about 6 hours sleep last night. H is in pain but paracetamol help. Our grand daughter went to the hospital at tea time to pick up her grandads medication but they said our doctor has to give it to him. For dinner tonight we had meat balls and pasta in a tomato sauce. 

Tuesday

 Today I washed the kitchen floor and vacuumed all downstairs. Then I walked down to the doctors surgery with our prescriptions, it is almost 2 miles so it took me nearly an hour. H was having a dizzy day and couldn’t drive. This is a short blog because we have to get up at 4 o’clock tomorrow because we have a taxi coming to take H to hospital at 6.30 .

Sunday

 I got up at 10 past 6 , H was already up and cooking his porridge.  Yesterday we went for a bike ride, it was the longest ride we had this week. Most of it was off road, the track is in really good shape which makes the ride much easier. We did almost 24 miles.This week I have 6 out of the 7 days doing either a walk or a bike ride.  Last nights dinner was supposed to be steak but I forgot to take them out of the freezer. So we had salmon instead, the salmon was for Monday’s meal, but Monday will now be steak. It’s a good job my head is screwed on!
