I had a decent nights sleep and then breakfast egg on toast. Next I emptied the dishwasher and put it all away. After that I prepared the vegetables for dinner tonight because I had to go to the dentist this afternoon. I decided to walk there because it was a lovely day. My walk was 2.37 miles there and back. When i got back I cooked dinner, it was ribs with cauliflower, beans, mushrooms and potatoes. It was very nice.
