I had a good nights sleep and after breakfast we got ready to go to Lidl after we had done the shopping we went for a walk. We did 1.96 miles. It was a nice walk the sun was out and the temperature was 15.5degrees . When we got home I unpacked and then prepared lunch. I washed my hair and had a bath..For dinner we had beef and rice in a black bean sauce. Fresh fruit for dessert.
