Today when I got up the sun was shining and today we haven’t had a drop of rain, the first dry day for weeks. It was cold but it was nice to have a sunny day. I went for a walk and everyone I met spoke to me. That’s what a bit of sunshine does. I did 2.13 miles. I sat on a bench and watched 5 squirrels chasing each other ,they were having a lovely time. When I got home I sorted our lunch and this afternoon we opened a bottle of fizz because it’s Valentine’s Day. For dinner we had ribs with potatoes, broccoli,green beans and mushrooms. For dessert we had tiramisu.
