Yesterday I forgot to take the chicken out of the freezer so we had to have pizza and salad for dinner. Our daughter her husband and youngest daughter came round in the morning for coffee, it was nice to see them and have a chat, but I then didn’t have my Sunday ride so I had to ride today. I didn’t mind , i would rather see my family than ride. While they were here it began to snow. I had a good sleep last night and I hadn’t done anything yesterday so I didn’t expect it. Today for dinner we had chicken and cauliflower, carrots, beans and poi.
