Wednesday


 I had a good nights sleep again. I had toast for breakfast for a change. It was 0 degrees when we got up. We had cheese and biscuits with some little tomatoes and half an avocado, washed down with a banana milkshake. After that I went for a walk round the block to test my knee which was fine. For dinner we had the rest of the chicken with cauliflower, green beans and potato.
