Today we went to Lidl when we had finished we went for a walk. We walked to a cafe and had a coffee. I had a bad knee. It hurt just below my kneecap. That was my left leg, my right leg gave way twice so we only did a short I. It was freezing cold but the sun was out so we had planned to go further. H was walking much better I’m pleased to say. For lunch we had cheese and biscuits with ham and tomatoes. For dinner we are having rice with beef in a black bean sauce.
