I had my breakfast and laid flat on the floor because I have got a bad back. H got the three bikes out of the garage. We had a coffee and I had a piece of cake to get me round. We got ready for a bike ride we went off road and I was surprised at how dry the track was after all the rain we have had in the last couple of weeks. We went chestnutting and there are loads this year. For dinner tonight we had salmon with jacket potatoes, carrots and broccoli . Son won the crib again last night that’s 3 in a row. Tomorrow I am going to the dentist.
