I got up at 6.30 am and had my breakfast . I had 2 eggs on toast and a cup of tea. We decided to go out on our bikes today so I emptied the dishwasher and put everything away, while H got the bikes out. We went on the road to Ringland and then to Ling. From there we went up yet another hill to the Fakenham road then left down a little lane and on to Whitwell where we got on the track and home. It’s very hilly and now my knees are stiff. For dinner tonight we had a steak pie with potatoes carrots peas and marrow with a mince pie 🥧 for dessert.
