well today I was cooking my breakfast when the door bell 🛎 went it was the postman, my first egg went into the pan and broke I thought oh that’s a bad omen! Then H came in with the mail and one letter was from the King . It was a card for our 65 th wedding anniversary . My eggs came out of the pan solid. But what a lovely surprise, we didn’t even know 65 years was anything. I did a load of washing but didn’t hang it out. Our youngest son came home today. He is here for 2weeks. I rode on zwift this morning. I choose a flat route and managed to get an average of 19. 2 mph in my hour .. I was pleased with that. For dinner tonight we had steak and potatoes carrots broccoli and for dessert we had strawberries and blueberries with cream all washed down with a glass of red wine 🍷.
