I got up this morning to bright sunshine! What a treat. I had my breakfast 🍳 and H got the bikes out of the garage. I wiped all the worktops down and some marks off the kitchen cupboards.. We decided to go out for a ride and have our coffee when we got back. So I went up and got ready. We went along the track to Whitwell and back. It was a nice ride. I got nearly home before my knee started to hurt. We had our lunch and then went out and sat in the garden in the sun. When I came in I had a bath and washed my hair. H cooked dinner while I was washing my hair. We had a prawn stir fry, it was very tasty.
