When we got up it was foggy and 8 degrees so we decided not to go out on our bikes so I worked in the garden and H went upstairs to turbo. I worked in the garden from 10 till 2 and then the sun ☀️ came out,so I downed tools and sat in the garden with my trousers rolled up. No 1 son came round on his motorcycle 🏍 this afternoon so H made a bowl of popcorn. I made a fruit cake this morning it’s the proper baking I have done since my stroke. When I was putting the spice in my hand did one of it shakes it does now and I put far more in than I intended but it tastes good. For dinner tonight we had lamb steak with potato’s, asparagus, cauliflower and leeks.
