I got up at 6.05 and had my breakfast. We decided to go out on our bikes today so H got the bikes out and cleaned them. They were dirty because the last time we went out on them it was very muddy off road. We did 27 miles it was hard work. We were both tired when we got home. I forgot to get anything out of the freezer for dinner tonight so we had to have fish and chips because it’s the only thing I had that I could cook from frozen. That means we had fish and chips 2 days in a row but I added peas.
