We all got ready to go for a ride, H got the bikes out of the garage and we left at about 11 o’clock to go to Aylsham we went there on the road and came home on the track. It was 28 miles. When we got home we had our lunch and as soon as that was done I had to do the veg for dinner tonight. While we were out we saw some hares, some rabbits, some buzzards, a deer, and a fish, loads of bluebells too. We had a coffee in Aylsham and we were sitting in the graveyard when our son got a puncture, so he had to change the inner tube. Dinner tonight was lamb chops, green beans, carrots broccoli, potato wedges and roast cauliflower. It was nice. We had ice cream for pudding.
