I got up at 6.45 and had eggs for breakfast with a cup of tea. We were going out on our bikes today but when we saw the wind we changed our minds. So we went to Lidl and when we got home H cut the front and back grass for the first time this year. The back lawn looks lovely even though it is full of moss. We had a cheese roll for lunch with a cup of coffee. I pruned my fuchsias. I was going to do more weeding but it was too cold, so I came in and read my book. For dinner tonight we had a dish of rice with beef in a black bean sauce.
