have had a nice day.As soon as Ihad eaten my breakfast Igot ready and did 30 minutes on the tubo trainer . I managed to get off by myself for the first time . Then this afternoon my daughter and youngest granddaughter came round to take me for a walk We walked to the field and picked some sloes for me to make sloe gin and then to the chestnut trees for some chestnuts .I didnt think there would be many this year because of the drout but I was proved wrong
