i got up and had my brekg to do half an yggfast.I went outside and started to fill my gardon rubbish bin up.It made my back ache . Next I went upstairs and did a cycle ride. I did a cycle ride. I did 25 minutes today, tomorrow I am going to do half an hour but the next day I do a ride i am going to do half an hour again but try to go further. For dinner tonight i did jacket potatoes salmon carrots caulifower and brocoli
